Noor Omar Amawi

She is originally Palestinian but grew up in Saudi Arabia and moved to America in 2005 to attend Wichita State University in Kansas. She graduated in 2008 with a Bachelors in Psychology and Sociology, then moved to Boston to attend the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology where she is currently doing her graduate work. Noor Joined the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma as a volunteer in December of 2009. She is currently doing her internship with the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma and Lynn Community Health Center where she is working with Iraqi refugees.
